1. Returns and After‑Sales Service
General Return Policy
Once an order has been submitted and paid on the Site, no cancellation, refund or order edit will normally be accepted. Please review your order (including products, quantities and delivery address) carefully before confirmation.
If you discover any problem with the goods upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
To help us handle your request efficiently, please provide:
- Order number.
- Registered name.
- Contact number.

Requests made after the above time limit may not be accepted.
Acceptable Reasons for Replacement
We only accept returns or replacement requests in the following cases:
1. Damage caused by delivery / quality problem
- The product arrives damaged as a result of transportation; or
- There is a genuine quality defect that makes the product unsafe, unusable or inconsistent with its description.
2. Incorrect item received
- The product delivered is not the item you ordered (for example, wrong SKU, color or specification).
In all other cases, including change of mind, personal taste or allergic reactions to ingredients already disclosed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
Condition of Returned Items
Where a return is approved:
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags and gifts (if any).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (for example, opened fragrances, used eyewear, customized or engraved items) may not be returnable even in the above situations unless required by law.
Return Process
Once we confirm that your request meets the above conditions:
1. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
2. In cases of damaged / defective or incorrect items, we will (e.g. arrange a prepaid return label / reimburse reasonable return shipping costs / ask you to dispose of the product locally).
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item (where applicable), we will arrange a replacement shipment.
2. Warranty and Product Quality
Products sold on the Site are intended for personal use and should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines.
We warrant that products will correspond in all material respects with their description on the Site and be of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery. Any additional commercial warranty provided by the brand or manufacturer will be described on the product page or supplied with the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or failure to follow care instructions.
- Changes in appearance due to normal use (for example, minor surface scratches).
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANTA MONICA EYEWEAR shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.
- Loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Site, or any products purchased shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4. Violation of Rules
SANTA MONICA EYEWEAR reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to restrict or block your access to the Site without prior notice.
Unauthorized access to password‑protected or restricted areas of the Site may result in civil or criminal liability.
5. Force Majeure
SANTA MONICA EYEWEAR shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, revolution, riot, governmental action, strike, lockout, embargo, failure of electricity, telecommunications or internet services, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events (“Force Majeure Events”).
In such cases, the obligations of both you and SANTA MONICA EYEWEAR may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. Either party may terminate the contract for the affected order if the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of days or more.
We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the situation and to fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
